At TOAST, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
